Many people have problems and difficulties they want to address whilst also wanting to work towards their potential, enrich their lives and live well. Would it not make sense for them to work through all of this with one practitioner?
Counselling and Coaching has long been seen as two separate entities and yet increasingly we see our clients wishing to not only deal with past hurts but to find ways to incorporate their insights into their everyday lives whilst developing skills that will help them live well in the future. Even if it is possible to separate counselling and coaching, is it ever really possible to separate the lives of our clients in this way?
This training session, will explore the possibility of counsellors offering, at least in some cases, using coaching within their practice.
You will receive a workbook to help you build coaching into your counselling practice.
