Free Centering Exercise 5 mins

There are many moments in life when we can feel out of balance. This quick 5 minute exercise will have you sitting with your eyes closed and taken on a short journey around your body helping you to find your centre of balance. It brings toy into the here and now. I would suggest you try and use it daily or just before you have to give a talk or before an interview, maybe before a difficult conversation. You will find the right reason to stop for 5 minutes.
