For the last 11 years Jeanette has pursued a career as an Independent Consultant delivering development services such as providing training, undertaking human resource assignments, counselling, coaching and mediation to a large number of organisations.  Prior to that Jeanette led and managed  large and small teams within various different organisations as well as delivering training services. .This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of organisational culture and people which underpins her ability to analyse issues that are divergent, conflicting and unclear and quickly understand different business environments  It also helps her approach to coaching in being solution focussed and committed to ensuring individual and organisations fulfil their potential and achieve their goals.

Jeanette brings a high level of empathy to her coaching style and is keen to ensure that she builds a safe and secure environment for people to feel able to make positive changes they may previously have avoided.  She achieves this by being able to quickly build the coaching relationship so that people feel encouraged and supported to explore solutions for themselves.  She also has a comprehensive box of skills, tools, knowledge and experience to share with others.

She is passionate and totally committed to supporting people in achieving their full potential.
