Rosemary says, “My aim is to inspire people to realise their capabilities, improve performance, and most importantly, to live their lives in ways that are truly satisfying and which fit with their vision and values. When people live authentically, their performance improves in every area, including career performance.”
She possess what are often considered the three core executive coaching competencies including extensive business experience, high level coaching skills and an understanding of the psychological perspective. Her psychotherapy background enables her to work across the psychological spectrum with people, enabling her to understand human potential, which when combined with transformational coaching can produce profound and lasting change.
Her coaching style is integrative, using a variety of coaching tools and models within a person centred framework, including reflective practice, awareness of the four intelligences; emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual, mindfulness based approaches and working at both conscious and unconscious levels examining how beliefs and thinking can help or hinder and exploring what action may be needed to meet objectives.
Coaching involves establishing a relationship based on trust and confidentiality. Working in a non directive way that is supportive yet challenging, she uses a range of approaches to enable exploration and creative solutions to emerge.
