Sustainability

New Leaf believes in building the economic, social and environmental sustainability into everything it does as part of the innovation design of the company. New Leaf is committed to making a meaningful contribution to the local environment through a community engagement policy. We believe that by Increasing the strength and scope of the internal connections between people, organisations and the environment that we will build a successful and sustainable business that will benefit clients, Associate Counsellors and New Leaf. We believe that this will ensure that New Leaf becomes like an eco-system in its capacity to absorb disturbances (changes in the external environment for example) while maintaining its behavioral processes and structure.

New Leaf has set up two Community Interest Funds. One fund is devoted to supporting local honey bees with Taunton Beekeepers and the second to help restore Holy Wells in Somerset.

Through our Community Engagement Policy New Leaf clients make a truly meaningful contribution to the local environment this means every counselling session purchased with New Leaf we will put some money towards the Holy Well Restoration fund and to help support the local honey bee population.
