We can all experience different levels of anger depending on the circumstances and situations in which we find ourselves. But how we manage this anger (especially at work) varies from person to person – many people are not able to maintain control and this leads to other problems for both the individual concerned and others around them.
New Leaf offers counselling for men and women who have difficulty with how they express their anger. This type of individual counselling gives people the chance to talk about the reasons for their anger within a confidential and safe environment, providing support to help them at work with their anger and reduce the stress in their life from which it arises.
